Is it safe to shop at Town and Country Gift Baskets?
Yes! When you choose to check out, at the point where you are ready to enter your private credit card information, you are automatically transferred to a secure web address. You can identify this secure web page by the web address starting with https:, and also by the lock icon (in Internet Explorer) or the key icon (in Netscape).
Our credit card processor, Authorize.Net receives the secure transaction via the internet, encrypts it, and submits an authorization request to your credit card issuer. The authorization response is returned to our secure order site within seconds.
Will you ship anywhere?
We only ship in the continental United States. Please call us directly for shipping costs for Hawaii and Alaska.
Can I send a gift card with a personalized message in my gift baskets?
Yes! Remember to include your message in the space provided on our order form. Your baskets will arrive with your personalized gift card.
Can I order a basket today and have it shipped a week from now?
Yes you can. When ordering your baskets just place the date in which you would like them to ship in the comments area and we will hold your order until that date. This makes gift giving easier, you can order your gifts when you have the time and still have them delivered when you want them to.
Why did I receive a different gift basket from what I had ordered?
If an item in a gift basket, or the gift basket itself, is out of stock, we will replace that item with one of equal or greater value at no extra charge.
If I place an order, how will my baskets be shipped?
Most deliveries arrive within 2-7 business days shipped via USPS, UPS or Federal Express. Orders must be placed by 10:00am EST to ship within 24 hours. Please note that Saturday and Sunday are not considered delivery days.
What are your hours of operation?
Our web site is available to take your orders 24/7. Processing hours are Monday - Friday 7:00 am to 7:00 pm. EST. You can also contact us toll-free at 1-877-359-4534 during those hours.
What forms of payment does your business accept?
We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, money orders, cashier checks and personal checks. We will hold orders for 10 days if paying by check.
Do you collect sales tax?
State law requires us to collect sales tax on all basket deliveries to the State of North Carolina.
Can I change shipping information?
If an error is made in the shipping address, or needs to be changed, please notify us immediately. If the order has not yet shipped, we will be glad to make any necessary changes.
However, if the gift has already been picked up by the parcel delivery company, we will need to contact the shipping company, and attempt to reroute the package to the correct address. A rerouting fee of $25.00 will be charged to your credit card.
How can I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order for any reason before it ships, please notify us immediately by calling us toll free at 1-877-359-4534.
If the order has already been shipped and not yet delivered, you will only be charged for shipping, and the merchandise will be credited back.
How do I request a refund?
We offer refunds for any damaged or defective gifts, as long as the claims are placed within 15 days of the gift being received. Call toll free at 1-877-359-4534 to request a refund.
